Today he’s agreed to share an extremely personal story, and by the time he’s done you’ll understand why I’m so excited to introduce the two of you.

Here’s Kevin…

Late last year I was in New Jersey visiting my friend Joseph, when he made two comments that completely changed the direction of my life.

We were sitting at Rojo’s Roastery in Lambertville, New Jersey having a great conversation about business, and
enjoying one of the best cups of coffee I’ve ever had.

We’d been talking about our recent successes, and sharing our visions for the future of our businesses with each other.

And that’s when it happened.

That’s when Joseph made a comment that I’ll never forget:

He said, “You know Kev, while I don’t have specific numbers to back this up, I’m willing to bet that only 1 in 10,000 people ever get to experience the kind of lifestyle that you live.

You have this business that fits in perfectly with the lifestyle you’ve chosen to live.

It pays you more than most people could even imagine, for doing something that you love doing anyway.

It lets you drop EVERYTHING at a moments notice when your family needs you.

It puts money into your bank account, even when you’re on vacation.

You get to spend the majority of your time, hanging out and rubbing shoulders with some of the most inspiring
people in the world.

Your entire business has been designed so that you get to enjoy every minute of every day, from the time you
get up in the morning, until the time you lay down at night.

What you’ve done is nothing short of amazing.

Needless to say, his words REALLY made an impact on me, because, until then – it never even dawned on me that
that’s what I’d accomplished.

But he was right.

And as our conversation continued, he made the second life-changing comment.

I have really been enjoying these lessons. Your literature and info is very edifying and uplifting. You asked about people sharing their story of improved circumstances, so I thought I’d do my part…

Our family has really always been very blessed. Not that we’ve always done that great financially, but we have experienced great favor through our lives. This year has been an extremely difficult year in a number of ways. My husband is in new home sales and we all know what that’s been like in this recent economy. Thank goodness for previous good years and our building up our savings account! We’ve definitely needed it this year. Last year I began an online business trying to generate income and hopefully, eventually help get my husband out of this very stressful “job”. It’s been a great challenge and I’m learning SO very much, but not YET seeing the real fruit of my labors. (But it’s coming…I know it!)

Anyway, we REALLY were needing a break and to get away with our family, but we didn’t have a lot of money to do it. We have 3 kids (14, 15 and 20) We decided to visit our friends in Florida and take some time to do Disney. We knew that we could stay with our friends and they usually are able to get us passes to get into Disney FREE! Through various interventions and surprises, not only did they get us 3 days of passes with park hopping privileges to go to all 4 Disney parks, but they somehow were able to get us a huge suite at the Old Key West Disney Resort for 4 nights! FREE!! Our only expense was gas and food. Our suite even had a full kitchen. But that’s not all…

While visiting at our friend’s home one evening, they asked our son to sing and play his guitar. He is a gifted singer/songwriter and has a dream to record, travel, etc. He has a Christian band that is working on a demo, but he also has a solo project he’s working on. (He is 20 years old) The people there were blown away by his gift and anointing. They were speechless and in tears. (He is quite amazing if I do say so myself) They immediately said they wanted to fly him back in a couple of weeks to introduce him to their 5000 member congregation and pay his way to a Men’s Intervention weekend they are having. They called their pastor and he was very excited to meet him and have him come. Then there was a glitch because the airline tickets were anywhere from $400 to $700 and they weren’t going to be able to do that. We all said if it was supposed to happen, it would. My sister was then able to get him a ticket on stand-by for $150 round trip! But that’s not all…

This entire trip has been filled with a flow of new and exciting ideas for our whole family. My husband is excited about some inspired ideas and prospects he has and is beginning to implement. All I can say is we’ve got our seatbelts fastened and we’re holding on! I attached a picture (if you want to take the time) of me and my kids on the Rockin’ Roller Coaster at Hollywood Studios. Yes, I’m screaming in terror, but I’m excited and having fun…much like this rollercoaster ride we’re on now!

Keep the stories coming! What have the principles done for you?

If you’ve talked with me personally in recent months, you may already know that I managed to get half-way done with the sequel in December, and then hit a brick wall.

Something inside me said that I wouldn’t be able to finish the book until I had personally experienced some of the things that Richard and Felicity needed to experience in the story.

Six months later, I can tell you …I was right.

Life is so FASCINATING!!!!

I can’t wait to get this book out now… In fact, I’m up at 4:38 am because my vision for the impact the sequel is going to have FUELS me and keeps me up at odd hours.

Yesterday, the title of the book finally came to mind. I’ve struggled with the title for more than 6 months, but I have it now.

I’m anxious to tell you what it is, but something else inside of me is telling me to wait and reveal it a little later. *sigh*

Anyway, I’ll be heading to the mountains for a week at the end of July to finish the manuscript in focused peace and quiet.

But I’ve learned that I can go stir crazy if I don’t have someone with me to be an occasional sounding board for my ideas, and to have some FUN with, too, for when my brain gets tired.

So I’ve decided to take someone with me.

• Who are YOU to reject the good idea that won’t leave you alone?
• What if you find the PERFECT way to publish it?
• What if ALL the resources you need, line up WHILE you write it?

Ideas which have the power to lift humanity come from God. I honor them, and want to help you get your message out.

There are at least two different kinds of people who pursue a good lifestyle for their family of financial freedom and happiness.

The paradox also lies in the fact that although Person #2 will likely face tremendous obstacles (perhaps even more so than person #1), HE is the one who will have deeper reservoirs of faith to draw from, and more peace of mind in the face of possible disaster.

That’s the benefit of choosing for your life’s work, something for which you have a special interest and unique experience or talents.

The fact is, Life has a natural way of encouraging YOU along to discovering and accomplishing your unique contribution to society that only you can do. Something inside beckons you – to cast all fear aside and do the thing that your spirit is compelling you to do.

Reason talks you out of it.

But I can assure you, that when you take even the smallest step in the right direction, you will have an unmistakable feeling deep down of knowing that you’re on the right path.

Trust it! Don’t let “reason” talk you out of it.

As you do, storms may rage, but you WON’T be troubled by them. That’s true financial freedom. Financial freedom is NOT a function of how much money you have in the bank, but actually a function of how true you are living to your life’s soul purpose.

For Person #1, there is no guarantee of lasting peace of mind. In the short term, he may reach any goal that he puts his mind to. But if his work brings him NO real joy or satisfaction outside of the financial paycheck, he will always live in uncertainty.

Uncertainty and unrest is Life’s way of getting your attention and trying to send you in a better direction.

A natural benefit for those who live their purpose, is that God gives them strength to overcome obstacles, and endurance to weather the inevitable challenges.

No question, each of us has a work to do, different from anyone else. You will be supported best when you let go of your fears and engage in that work, even if it’s just in a small and simple way in your spare time.

I promise, your faith will be tested to see how committed you really are, and it could be years or even decades before you are solidly into the “flow” of it, but when you ARE engaged in it, even in just a small way to begin with, you’ll find that all you really need comes through, just when you need it (and sometimes not any sooner than that.)

I believe that’s God’s promise. Follow your heart, and He’ll keep you and your family going…

…until His work THROUGH you is complete.

Let me walk you step-by-step through this transition from uncertainty to certainty. I’ll help you let go of your fears, so you can proceed with confidence as you discover and then engage in the work you’re here to do. When you’re truly following your purpose, it hardly feels like work.

Then, abundant financial rewards are a natural by-product…

Goal achievement is like making a phone call. If you dial the numbers right, it works. Children who have never used a phone will probably have trouble making it work right for a while, just as we can have trouble making the laws of success work to achieve our goals.

It takes practice!

When a goal doesn’t happen the way you expected, it’s easy to get discouraged. Actually, that IS the COMMON thing to do. The uncommon thing to do is brush yourself off and ask the hard question:

“Where did I go wrong? What more do I need to know? In what way am I making this harder than it has to be?”

Common people may ask those questions, rhetorically, but not with a real intent of finding the answers. Actually, sometimes they don’t WANT the answer, because it’s just easier to say, “That law of attraction thing doesn’t work.” Truly, it’s easier to put the blame for failure on things outside of oneself.

**** OUCH! ****

(Now, if you’re offended, you may be surprised at the TURN this article takes next.)

On the other hand, UNCOMMON people ask the hard questions with a firm INTENT to find the answers. They SEEK for the answers, even if it means they have to admit that there may be more to learn.

Uncommon people will get uncommon results. Uncommon people will enjoy an uncommon lifestyle. If they DO ask the hard questions and find the answers, then the next time they pursue a goal, they can apply the new understanding, and can get better results.

Or not…

Here’s why: For me, this question / answer /new attempt process happened HUNDREDS of times before I actually saw it really work even ONCE. I know hundreds of ways it DOESN’T work. Each failed attempt showed me something else that I needed to tweak about my approach.

Think about it… The first time a kindergartner tries to use the telephone, chances are good that s/he will dial the number wrong. When that happens, it would be foolish to say, “This phone doesn’t work!” The PHONE works fine. The user just needs to be extra careful to dial ALL the right numbers, in the right order, with no extra numbers inserted along the way.

The law of attraction works FINE. You’ve just got to be careful to dial ALL the right numbers in the right order, and not insert any extra ones along the way. When you do it right, it unfailingly works the way it should.

And the good news is that when you see it work once, you gain confidence, and eventually realize that it can work for you EVERY time. In fact, it can become second-nature, just like using the phone. Then, after experiencing some success, you discover that it can even be easier than THAT… like discovering the redial button.

But I have some BAD NEWS…

The one element that does NOT go away, no matter how slick you are, or how smart you get, is the TEST to exercise faith when all appearances indicate impending disaster. Yes, no matter how good you get at the process, and no matter how much money you make, you’ll always get plenty of opportunity to exercise faith, make sacrifices, and stretch yourself OUT of the comfort zone to accomplish the next goal.

You just get to a point where you learn to accept the difficult nature of the process. I’m sorry to burst your bubble.

The knowledge I share here does not avert the challenges, it just gives you the power to overcome them when they show up… the power to achieve the goal in spite of difficulty… the power to have PEACE of MIND through the process.

And yes, you CAN HAVE your victory. You can have the MONEY you need. You can find the job, or succeed in business… You can have the FREEDOM you seek!

Just try again, and learn from your mistakes. That’s how you win.
